Trip Settings Section on the Account Settings Page

1. Vehicle Spot Time (Pre-Trip)= Default time that the system will add to a customers requested departure time from the first pickup location. 
   
2. Unloading Time (Post-Trip) = Default time that the system will add to a customers quote after the final drop time for debarkation. 
   
3. Minimum Time Pre-Trip = A minimum billable time pre trip. Example, if the driver start time is 15min and the pickup is 30 minutes away (45 min) the system will bill no less than this number (many set this to 1 hour)
   
4. Minimum Time Post-Trip = A minimum billable time pre trip. Example, if the end time is 2:30 and the drop off is 15 minutes away from the yard the system will bill no less than this number (many set this to .5 hours)
5. Additional Time Pre-Trip = Additional time billed on quotes for time based pricing. This adds time for driver pre trip and post trip time. Most companies use the same settings as minimum time pre trip. 
   
6. Additional Time Post-Trip = Additional time billed on quotes for time based pricing. This adds time for driver pre trip and post trip time. Most companies use the same settings as minimum time post trip. 
7. Auto-Verify Thresholds for Start Time (Minutes) = Used by companies using payroll functionality to auto verify driver start time actuals against planned. 
   
8. Auto-Verify Threshold for End Time (Minutes) = Used by companies using payroll functionality to auto verify driver end time actuals against planned. 
9. Auto Verify Threshold for Total Time (Minutes) = Used by companies using payroll functionality to auto verify driver total time actuals against planned.
