Feature Voting For TBN Users

TBN is pleased to announce the addition of a feature voting function to our application where users can vote on some of the more pivitol features that have been requested by our user group. This feature is designed to allow our users to help shape the development priorities by giving TBN an indication of what features the users want most. The below video will show you how to access this feature and how to use it. Happy voting!

Overview

This module introduces the Feature Voting Function in TBN, which allows users to upvote feature requests that are most important to them. It’s designed to give customers a voice in shaping the product roadmap.

1. Accessing the Feature Voting Page

Steps:

  1. Click on your user dropdown menu in the TBN navigation bar.

  2. Select Feature Voting from the dropdown list.

This will take you to the dedicated Feature Voting Component page.

2. Exploring the Feature List

Once you’re on the page:

  • You’ll see a list of feature requests that other users or TBN have submitted.

  • Each item includes a title and a short description.

  • You can click on any item to:

    • View more details

    • See who else has voted on it

3. Voting on Features

  • To upvote a feature:

    • Simply click the vote icon or the feature itself

  • Your vote indicates that the feature is valuable to your operations

This helps TBN prioritize development efforts based on collective user interest.

4. Who Posts Feature Requests?

  • Feature requests are primarily added by TBN staff

  • You should continue to submit feature ideas through the TBN Support System

  • Once TBN identifies common requests across multiple companies, the idea is published to the voting page

If you submit a request directly to this page, it may be temporarily hidden while TBN reviews and validates it.

5. Why It Matters

This feature gives TBN valuable insight into:

  • Which enhancements matter most to the user base

  • How to prioritize product development in a user-centric way

It also creates transparency and a shared roadmap between users and TBN’s development team.

Best Practices

  • Check the voting page regularly for new feature suggestions

  • Vote for the items that matter most to your team

  • Use the TBN support system to provide context or submit new feature requests
