Here is a cheat sheet that will walk you through the important things you need to be aware of as you do. 

Setting Up Pay Rate Groups- 

The first step to setting up Payroll is setting up Pay Rate groups. This is how the system will know what to pay each driver. This video will walk you through what you need to know. 

Setting up drivers and dispatches-

Next it is time to setup drivers with the correct pay rate groups and setting up what you will assign in the dispatch process. This video will walk you through that process. 

"Other Assignments"- 

If you are like most operators you also pay drivers for things that are not directly related to a dispatch. Things like paid training are a piece of cake with TBN. This video will walk you through how to set it up. 

Processing Payroll

Now that you have built payroll and you have been recording the driver actuals as well as the Other Assignments, you are ready to  process a payroll period. This video will walk you through the review and audit steps and show you what you do to export it to your payroll system.
