Here is a cheat sheet that will walk you through the important things you need to be aware of as you do. 

Basic Settings for your SalesDriver setup- 

One of the first things you will need to do is understand the settings in your account related to SalesDriver. These power your booking widget and the customer experience as well as your pricing, branding on things such as emails and documents, and other key factors. 

Included by default fees-

Fees and Add-ons are a powerful way to increase your profitability without raising your rates. These videos will show you how SalesDriver can be used to do that. 

Pricing Calendar- 

TBN's pricing calendar is a first of it's kind demand based pricing engine. It gives you total control to increase or decrease rates based on the demands on fleet and drivers. 

Pricing Setup- 

During the setup process we have helped take your companies pricing and applied it to your account. There may be needs to refine this over time. This video will show you how. 

How Yards and Vehicle Settings Power your Booking Widget-

Many of the settings in the User Portal will drive what happens in the booking widget for customers. In this video we will show you how these settings affect the booking widget.

TBN has brought CRM type account management to group travel including robust organizations and associated contacts management. 

Email Templates-

Throughout the application TBN has worked to streamline communication with customers using prebuilt email templates. This video will show you where the default templates are managed and how they are triggered in the application.
