You’ll land on the Discount Dashboard where existing codes are listed.
Click Add Discount Code in the top right to create a new one.
Fill out the Discount Detail Page as follows:

Code: The actual code a customer will enter (e.g., 10OFF!)
Description (optional): Notes for internal reference
Choose what the discount applies to:
Entire trip total

Min Price Requirement: Only apply to bookings over a certain total
Max Number of Uses: Limit how many times the code can be used

Click Save to activate the code.
Open a quote.
Scroll to the Vehicle & Add-On section.
Click Add Discount.
Select the relevant code from the dropdown.
Click Save.
The system will calculate the discount and display it alongside the quote total.
To apply a discount to a confirmed booking:
Click into the route on the booking.
Scroll to Discounts.
Add the desired code and save.
For example:
Trip Total: $1,982.40
