TBN's Payroll process requires a good amount of setup and consideration to ensure that your drivers are being paid as you hope. This step allows us to gather the preliminary data about your payroll process that will help us guide the setup of your account. 

In this form you will provide the following information so please have it available before you start-

  1. The number of drivers you will be paying
  2. The types of drivers you employ (FT, PT, CA, NONCDL)
  3. Your pay periods
  4. The types of pay you offer (Hourly, %ofRevenue, PerDiem, Seniority modified, Etc)
  5. Your individual payroll methods for each of your driver types
  6. Supporting document upload (for any files that will help us understand your payroll better)
