We are excited that you have decided to implement the most powerful software solution in the industry for your company. This is the first step of that process and will help us setup your account for you to review and implement. 

This step included 2 separate forms, they are as follows- You can access them by clicking the link. 
  1. Step 1: Basic information about your company including the following-
    1. Contact information as you want it displayed to customers on quotes, bookings and invoices.
    2. The domain and type of website you are going to be installing the booking widget on.
    3. Your target launch date
    4. Company & technical setup contacts
    5. The users who will be involved with setup and testing so we can create their accounts
    6. Your yard locations
  2. Step 2: Pricing and Fleet Setup
    1. Your pricing strategy
    2. What surcharges do you charge
    3. Are they hidden or customer facing
    4. What addons do you charge
    5. Pre Paid Driver gratuity settings
The information gathered in these forms is important to the process of setting up your account and meeting your timelines for launch. If you run into anything that you are not sure of, please contact support and schedule time to discuss the items of concern.
