Tour Company Settings Page

The settings page has important settings specific to your tours products. 

Overview

This module explains how to access and update your Tour Company Settings in OpsDriver. These settings allow you to customize the display name, branding, and contact details used throughout your tour marketing and documentation.


1. Where to Access Tour Company Settings


Steps:

  1. Go to the TourDriver module

  2. Click on Tour Company Settings under the Tours menu


This section contains branding and identity-specific options tied to your tour operations, separate from charter or other service lines.


2. Customizing Tour Company Display Info


You can update your tour-specific:

  • Display name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Website


These values are used in automated emailscustomer communication, and tour-related PDF documents.


3. Branding Tour Documents and Portal


You can also upload and configure:

  • tour-specific logo

    • This logo appears on your public Tour Portal

  • Header and footer images

    • These are included in PDF itineraries and other customer-facing documents


If your tour division operates under a different name or brand than your charter business, this section helps you maintain that separation clearly.


4. Tour-Specific vs. Charter Settings


These settings allow you to:

  • Distinguish between charter and tour communications

  • Use different logos, contact info, and visual branding

  • Route customer inquiries to the correct department (e.g., tours@company.com vs. charters@company.com)


Best Practices

  • Keep your tour-specific contact details up to date to ensure seamless customer support

  • Use brand-consistent logos and headers to reinforce your company’s identity

  • Periodically review these settings to reflect any marketing or contact changes

  • Test your PDF templates and booking portal after making branding updates
