TBN allows you to customize email header and footer images either at the email setup level—used by default in newly created templates—or within individual templates themselves. This gives you a powerful way to tailor templates to specific organizations or customer groups while keeping your branding fresh and relevant.
In this video, we’ll show you how it’s done.
This module covers how to configure your default email header and footer images within OpsDriver. These images are included in every outbound system email and help maintain consistent branding across your communications.
Go to Company Setup
Then Email Setup
Select Email Settings
This is where you set the default header and footer used in every email sent through TBN.
Header Image: Appears at the top of your emails.
Footer Image: Appears at the bottom of your emails.
You will see:
Header upload on the left
Footer upload on the right
These images become the default layout across all automated or manually triggered emails unless overridden in individual templates.
Hover over the helper text icons next to the upload boxes for detailed requirements, including:
Accepted image formats (e.g., PNG, JPG)
Recommended pixel dimensions for best results
Staying close to the recommended pixel size helps avoid blurring or stretching of your images.
Click the Upload button next to either header or footer
Select your image from your device
To change an image, click Remove, then upload a new one
Make sure the image files are branded and formatted consistently with your organization’s design guidelines.
Below the image settings, you will also see:
A Legal Disclaimer field
A Company Signature field
These are automatically added to the bottom of every email and can include:
Your business contact information
Legal terms
Email signature or company tagline
Use images that are well-designed and legible on both desktop and mobile email clients
Match the header and footer styles to your brand colors and fonts
Keep file sizes small to avoid email loading delays
Preview your emails after updating these settings to ensure the layout appears correctly
