GL Code Revenue Entries Report
General Ledger Code Revenue Entries- This report displays the total revenue earned from Vehicles, Addons, and Free Entry Transactions, as well as factors in any negative amounts such as Discounts, negative Addons/Free Entries, etc. By default, this report will be filtered by the Booking Date of Departure, showing bookings that departed in the previous month, and will include cancelled bookings, routes, and dispatches. It can also be filtered by Booking Date of Return or Invoice Date. When filtered by bookings, this will include revenue from dispatches that depart outside of the filtered range if they are associated with a booking that has at least one route that falls within the applied date filters. Filtering by route will exclude these. This report DOES NOT include any revenue associated with Tours or Scheduled Services that have not yet been invoiced. It is recommended to avoid using multiple date filters at once, as this could unintentionally exclude revenue from the total. Consistent filter usage across months is also recommended to ensure consistency in reported revenue.
NOTE: for companies who do NOT invoice every booking please should use the departure date or return date filters. The invoice date filter should only be used to track overall revenue if ALL bookings will eventually be invoiced. Other Financial Reports-
