Unearned Revenue Report

Unearned Revenue: This report is meant to reflect payments received for Bookings that have not yet departed, or if the 'Return Date' filter is selected have not yet returned, as of the date selected in the filter page. The report defaults to today's date, but can be set to the last day of the month, quarter, year, other preferred date to reflect the end of a reporting period. This represents a balance sheet liability for revenue that has not yet been earned. This may also be referred to as 'Customer Deposits' or 'Prepayments'. 
This is a point-in-time report, meaning your date selection will reflect what was happening at that specific time, not the current status. For example, if you select the last day of a month but run the report on the 5th of the following month, the report will show the unearned revenue as it was on the last day of the previous month.
