The following will explain the Quote Review section on the account settings page and what it means for your company- 

Quote Review Settings

The quote review settings are designed to limit what types of quotes customers can receive instant pricing for when using the booking widget. The following are the specifics of how each work. 
Account settings/ Quote Review Settings

  1. Cap Vehicle Quantity= This setting limits the total number of vehicles a quote can have and still get an instant quote. 
  2. Cap Trip Mileage = This setting limits the total number of miles that a quote can have and still get an instant quote. 
  3. Cap Daily Mileage = Limits the daily milage that a trip can have and still get an instant quote. 
  4. Cap Trip Duration = Caps the total milage a trip can have and still get an instant quote. 
  5. Cap Distance From Yard = Caps the maximum straight line distance from the yard which a quote can have and still get an instant quote
  6. Cap Maximum Price = The maximum price that a trip can be and still generate an instant price. 
  7. Cap Future Date = Chooses a fixed date in the future that any quote beyond will not be able to get an instant quote. 
  8. Cap Future Date Rolling = Chooses a rolling date in the future that no instant quotes will be delivered beyond.
