Here is a cheat sheet that will walk you through the important things you need to be aware of as you do. 

Converting Quotes to Bookings- 

Converting quotes to bookings is fast, easy, and intuitive. This video will walk you through how to do it. 

Booking Drafts-

We know that some bookings don't start with quotes. With TBN you can create a booking draft, save it, put it down, come back to it later, and not lose any work. 

Understanding automatic calculations in the edit stops modal- 

When building out an itinerary in TBNs tools you will use the edits stops modal to enter locations. Part of being successful is understanding how it works and when it auto calculates and when it does not.

Sign and Accept- 

Faxing or emailing signed printed documents is so.... yesterday. With TBN you can send contacts to be digitally signed and accepted with the click of a button. 

Vehicle Amenity Types-

Managing amenity types for your vehicles will make sure that your groups get exactly what they are expecting by tying together what has been requested to what is being dispatched. No more upset customers because they didn't get the WiFi they wanted or couldn't play their DVD because dispatch didn't notice the note in the booking.

OpsDriver account settings-

Splitting Routes-

Updating Details in a booking-

It happens all the time. Changes to anything from route to vehicles, times or locations after a booking is created. This will show you how.

With TBN you don't have to have separate bookings for multiple routes in a booking even if those routes are totally different itineraries, on different days, or in different vehicles.
