2. Customer Login Experience
When customers log into the portal, they will see three primary tabs across the top of the screen.
Tabs Available
• Quotes
• Bookings
• Invoices
Each tab organizes a different stage of the booking process and allows customers to take action directly from the portal.
3. Quotes Tab
The Quotes tab displays all quotes the customer has received.
Customers Can:
• View both current and historical quotes
• Click into any quote to see full trip details
• Review trip information including:
• Pickup and stop locations
• Requested vehicles
• Passenger counts
• Vehicle capacity
Actions Available
Customers can:
• Accept a quote
• Reject a quote
• Review quotes that have not yet been accepted
Once a quote is accepted, the system converts it into a confirmed booking.
4. Bookings Tab
Once a quote has been accepted, the trip moves to the Bookings tab.
This section allows customers to review all confirmed transportation bookings.
Customers Can:
• View upcoming and past trips
• Click into a booking to see detailed information
• Review assigned vehicles and routes
• See the final invoice for the trip
Digital Contract Signing
For trips requiring a contract:
• Customers can digitally sign the agreement directly in the portal.
• After signing, the signature button changes to Download, allowing them to save a copy of the signed contract.
Payment Access
If a booking has an outstanding balance:
• Customers will see a Payment button
• Clicking it will take them directly to the payment page for that booking.
5. Invoices Tab
The Invoices tab provides a complete list of the customer’s invoices.
Customers Can:
• View open or paid invoices
• Click into an invoice for full details
• See which booking the invoice relates to
This connection helps customers clearly understand:
• What the invoice is for
• Which trip generated the charge
• The associated booking information
Additional Actions
Customers can:
• Pay the invoice directly online
• Print the invoice for their internal records
6. Booking Detail Transparency
One key benefit of the portal is that invoices link directly back to their bookings.
Customers can:
• Click from an invoice directly to the associated booking
• Review full trip details including:
• Organizer
• Trip purpose
• Routes
• Departure and return locations
• Passenger group information
This eliminates confusion about billing and improves transparency.
