Submitting Drivers and Vehicle Inventory


Submitting bulk driver and vehicle records for upload

One of the first steps in getting your account ready for action is making sure that your vehicles and drivers are entered in the system. For large companies adding them individually can be time consuming. We have created a way for you to submit this information so we can upload it for you. The following will provide the information you need to be successful in getting us what we need to upload your data successfully. 

Drivers

Our driver functionality includes things such as expiration management for licenses and medicals, however not all of this data must be uploaded at the beginning and can be updated individually once the driver record is created in our system. The following fields are the required fields in the CSV file that you will send us to upload. To download the CSV file please click here
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email Address

Vehicles

Vehicle inventory records include a lot of information that will be pertinent to the functionality in TBN. This can include things such as included amenities and features that the vehicle has which will be referenced during the dispatch process. Not all of the data is required for the initial upload, and similar to the drivers, can be updated individually once the vehicle records are included in the system. The following are the required fields for vehicle records to be created in TBN. To download the CSV file please click here
  1. Vehicle ID
  2. Vehicle Type
  3. Yard (where the vehicle is based)

It is not required to upload drivers or vehicles. This can be done individually. The purpose of this is to help large companies streamline the setup process and eliminate as much manually entry as possible.
