The Transfer Builder is designed to speed up round-trip work like airport transfers, where the same customer needs an outbound ride and a return ride days or weeks apart. Instead of building two separate quotes from scratch, the Transfer Builder takes your outbound trip and generates the inverted return leg automatically.
This article walks through:
Use the Transfer Builder any time a customer needs a paired outbound and return trip — most commonly an airport drop-off followed by a pickup later in the week or month. The tool will mirror your stops, let you adjust the return date and time, and generate both legs as linked quotes.
Build your outbound trip the way you normally would:
Once your stops and vehicle are in place, you're ready to launch the Transfer Builder.
On the next screen, the Transfer Builder inverts your stops automatically — the drop-off becomes the new pickup, and the pickup becomes the new drop-off (for example, LaGuardia → Poughkeepsie).
In this pop-up modal you can:
Click Save when you're done.
After saving, click Next Step. The Transfer Builder will ask you to confirm:
You'll see your pricing breakdown and itinerary side-by-side for both the outbound (transfers to) and the return (transfers from). If you need to add or adjust any add-ons, you can do that here for either leg.
Click Finalize Quote. The Transfer Builder will generate the second leg of the trip and link it to the first:
Both legs are now finalized and tied together as a single transfer.
